登記及領取說明如下：
【發送對象】
113學年度入學新生(學號為B13、R13、D13、P13、J13、F13、Q13開頭)
每人限領一件(限登記一次)，請勿重複領取！
【登記管道】
第一波登記(已額滿)
開放時間: 113年8月19日(一)下午2:00開始至額滿為止。
第二波登記(已額滿)
開放時間: 113年8月27日(一)上午10:00開始至額滿為止。
【領取場次】
1. 第一波領取 113年8月27日(二)至8月30日(五)每日10:00~16:00，於普通教學館101教室。
2. 第二波領取 113年9月1日(日)10:00~13:30，於綜合體育館(新體)201教室(請從開學典禮室外樓梯走到201教室外側大門進入)。
***113學年度新生開學典禮於113年9月1日(日)14:00開始，有穿著新生上衣之新生方可進入3F會場，其餘需至4F觀禮區***
【領取方式】
1. 本人親領：出示本人證件(身分證/駕照/學生證/居留證/健保卡)及登記完成收到的E-mail，驗證身分後領取。
2. 委託他人代領：委託人須於登記期間內完成線上登記，提供登記完成收到的E-mail並填寫代領委託書，印出紙本交予櫃台，代領人亦須出示證件(身分證/駕照/學生證/居留證/健保卡) ，驗證身分後領取。
【尺寸說明】 各尺寸均為限量供應，額滿即無法登記，恕不提供更換尺寸服務，請確認後再行選擇。

The registration and pick-up details are as follows:
【Eligible Recipients】
Freshmen entering in the 113 academic year (student ID starting with B13, R13, D13, P13, J13, F13 and Q13).
Each student is limited to one shirt. Please do not register more than once.
【Registration Details】
First Round of Registration (Fully Booked)
Opening Time: August 19, 2024 (Monday) at 2:00 PM until fully booked.
Second Round of Registration (Fully Booked)
Opening Time: August 27, 2024 (Monday) at 10:00 AM until fully booked.
【Pick-up Sessions】
1. First Pick-up Session
August 27, 2024 (Tuesday) to August 30, 2024 (Friday), from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at General Education Building Room 101.
2. Second Pick-up Session
September 1, 2024 (Sunday), from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the Sports Center Room 201 (please use the staircase outside the orientation ceremony room to access the side entrance of Room 201).
***The opening ceremony for the new students of the 113th academic year will start on September 1, 2024 (Sunday) at 14:00. Only new students wearing the freshman Shirt are allowed to enter the 3rd floor venue, while others must go to the viewing area on the 4th floor.***
【Pick-up Procedure】
1. In-person Pick-up: Present your identification (ID card/driver's license/student ID/resident certificate/health insurance card) and the confirmation email received upon completing the registration. After verifying your identity, you may pick up your shirt.
2. Pick-up by Agent: The freshman must complete the online registration during the registration period first, then provide the confirmation e-mail received upon completing the registration, and fill out the authorization form. The printed authorization form must be submitted at the counter. The agent must also present their identification (ID card/driver's license/student ID/resident certificate/health insurance card). After verifying the identity, the shirt can be picked up.
